Account Ownership

Each account is tied to a specific individual and is non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account, is a breach of terms.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorized or not.

• Strong Password: Create a password combining numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• Confidentiality: Never share your password with anyone — no 8x88 staff member will ever ask for your password.
• Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• Public Devices: Avoid logging in on public or shared devices. If you do log in, always log out after use.

8x88 will not be liable for financial losses resulting from a breach of account security, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by a fault on the platform's part.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Only the following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 8x88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be considered a breach of terms.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are typically sent within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.

8x88 may carry out verification steps before processing a withdrawal request. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and processing may be delayed.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳28,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the offer's dedicated page.
• You have the option to play using your deposit balance directly without claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted.
• Bonuses can only be used within the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• 8x88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

There are four VIP levels for regular players: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Additional benefits are provided at each level, and levels are advanced based on active play. VIP membership terms are subject to change.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of terms:

• Security-related concerns.

Closure Request by the User

You may request account closure at any time by writing to [email protected]. Please withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed. The balance of a closed account may be returned subject to verification.

Limitation of Liability
